I was born in Greece in 1981 and currently live in Brussels. As a writing therapist, author, and science journalist, my journey has been shaped by a deep passion for both psychology and writing.
After completing my graduate degree in psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Media Psychology, I spent many years working as a journalist for prominent Greek news media organizations (such as public services tv ERT and NEA). Today, I am a Contributing Editor at The Brussels Review and a columnist and article author for various media outlets.
Through my work, I have generated thousands of pages of text, both personally and professionally. This experience revealed to me the transformative power of the written word, inspiring me to integrate it into my practice through therapeutic writing and book/poetry therapy.
As the founder of the Expressing MySelf Institute, an NGO dedicated to empowering individuals through writing, I am proud to help others explore the healing and creative potential of words.
I am also the author of four published books, both fiction and non-fiction, and have contributed to numerous collective volumes. My short stories have been recognized in contests and published in literary magazines and online platforms.
